Admission and School fees
Thank you for showing interest in the CJD International School Braunschweig-Wolfsburg. If you would like to learn more about admission for your child, then please fill out the form for an admissions consultation and send it along with a copy of your child's school transcripts and records for the past year to the school office and then you will be contacted for an appointment.
If your child is admitted to the CJD International School Braunschweig - Wolfsburg, please check the Admission Checklist and make sure that the listed documents are submitted to the school office as soon as possible.
Admission Checklist
- Copy of student passport or birth certificate
- Completed contract and emergency information sheet
- Immunization history (if available)
- School transcripts and records for the last year (in English or German)
- Standardized testing results, if available
- Psycho-Educational Reports, if applicable
School Fees
The tuition fees for CJD International School Braunschweig - Wolfsburg are divided into three groups, depending on whether your child will be living in the boarding house or not.
Students who live at home (Boarding house not required):
- one-time admission fee of € 3,000, payable when a child is admitted to the school
- monthly fee of € 825 and an additional € 60 for school lunch
- annual flat-rate charge of € 150 for stationary
Parents are required to pay the monthly school fees for the entire year and the school year covers twelve months from 1st of August to 31st of July of the following year. All amounts are payable in advance and are collected by direct debit. Payments must be credited to the account of CJD Braunschweig by the fifth of each month.
International boarding Students who stay at the boarding house (families abroad):
- one-time admission fee of € 3,000, payable when a child is admitted to the school
- annual fee of € 30,000
- compulsory health insurance (annual payment) ca € 2,000
- annual flat-rate charge of € 150 for stationary
CJD Braunschweig reserves the right to adjust the charges unilaterally in proportion to the increase in the general cost of living.
Students who stay at the boarding house (with families resident in Germany):
- on-time admission fee of € 1,525, payable when a child is attmitted to the school
- monthly fee of € 825
- monthly fee of € 1,450 for boarding house and meals
- annual flat-rate charge of € 150 for stationary
Parents who have more than one child attending the school will be granted a 15% reduction on the school fees (€ 825) payable for each additional child. This reduction is calculated in regards to the maximum tuition costs for a child.
Volkswagen AG supports the CJD International School Braunschweig-Wolfsburg and provides scholarship funds.
If required, you can apply for a scholarship. The deadlines for submission can be found on the application form.
The overall management decides on the scholarship application and the awarding together with the Head of Schoolastic Education of the CJD Braunschweig according to dutiful discretion in a four-eyes-principle.
Employees of the Volkswagen Group shall not be given any preferential treatment.
